Clarification Text Regarding to Process the Personal Data (for Supplier)
Identity of Data Supervisor:
Your personal data shall be processed by ALUMINANCE Alüminyum Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Company”) as the data supervisor during our trade activities, in connection with the purpose and limitedly.
Your Personal Data that are Processed:
Name surname, TR identity number, telephone number, business address, e-mail address, bank IBAN number, product information, invoice information, amount to be paid
Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data:
Your personal data shall be processed in order to be able to purchase product / service, to carry out the communication activities, to perform the financial and accounting transactions, to fulfil the obligations arising from the legislation, to make the payments.
Method and Legal Cause of Personal Data Collection:
Your personal data is obtained by our employees face-to-face or verbally during telephone calls, in writing by printed forms, documents and business cards, and electronically via the telephone messages and software programmes used. Your personal data, which are obtained, shall be processed, provided “to fulfil our legal obligations”, “to be stipulated in Laws” and relying on the legal cause of “the necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of our Company, provided not to harm your fundamental rights and freedoms”, and in case these requirements are not present, then by obtaining “your explicit consent”, in accordance with the requirements specified in Articles 5 and 6 of LPPD.
To Whom and for What Purposes The Processed Personal Data may be Transferred:
Your personal data shall be transferred;
- to Revenue Administration and to the other competent persons, institutions and organizations, if requested, in order to fulfil the obligations arising from the legislation,
- to ETA Entegre Ticari Uygulama Programları Yazılım Şirketi through the programme used during performing the financial and accounting transactions,
- to the bank through the payment transactions,
- to our attorney and judicial authorities, if any dispute arises, within the framework of the requirements in Article 8 of Law Nr. 6698.
Your Rights as the Personal Data Owner:
You may forward your requests under “Article 11 of LPPD, which regulates the rights of the concerned person”, to ALUMINANCE Alüminyum Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. using “Data Owner Application Form”, which you may obtain here, according to the Communique on the Principles and Procedures of Applying to the Data Supervisor.
