Job Application Form Personal Data Clarification Text
This clarification text has been prepared by ALUMINANCE Alüminyum Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. as the data supervisor within the scope of Article 10 of Law on the Protection of Personal Data with number 6698 and the Communique on Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Clarification Obligation.
Your personal data is obtained by the job application form of our Company at the address of www.aluminance.com.tr. This personal data is obtained in order to carry out the application processes of employee candidates and processed automatically relying on the legal cause of “the necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data supervisor, provided not to harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the concerned person” stated in Article 5 of Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
Only a limited number of Company’s employees has access to the records, which are recorded and kept in electronic environment, these employees declare that they shall protect the confidentiality of the data they access, by a letter of confidentiality commitment.
You may forward your requests under Article 11 of Law, which regulates the rights of the concerned person, to the mail address “RÜZGARLIBAHÇE MAH. KAVAK SK.
