Clarification Text Regarding to Process the Personal Data (for Customer)
Identity of the Data Supervisor:
Your personal data shall be processed by ALUMINANCE Alüminyum Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Company”) as the data supervisor during our trade activities, in connection with the purpose and limitedly.
Personal Data that are Processed:
Name surname, TR identity/tax identity number, signature, telephone number, e-mail address, business address, zip code, bank account information, cheque information, payment information
Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data:
Your personal data shall be processed in order to carry out the sales activities, to provide communication, to fulfil the obligations arising from the legislation, to perform the finance accounting transactions, to make collections, and carry out business activities.
Method and Legal Cause of Personal Data Collection:
Your personal data is obtained by our employees verbally during telephone calls, in writing by printed forms, and electronically in e-mail environment. Your personal data, which are obtained, shall be processed, provided “to fulfil our legal obligations”, “to be stipulated in Laws” and relying on the legal cause of “the necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data supervisor, provided not to harm your fundamental rights and freedoms”, and in case these requirements are not present, then by obtaining your explicit consent, within the scope of the requirements specified in Articles 5 and 6 of LPPD (Law on the Protection of Personal Data).
To Whom and for What Purposes The Processed Personal Data may be Transferred:
Your personal data shall be transferred:
- to Revenue Administration and to the other competent persons, institutions and organizations, if requested, in order to fulfil the obligations arising from the legislation,
- to Zahit Alüminyum A.Ş., which is our group company, in order to carry out the financial transactions,
- to ETA Entegre Ticari Uygulama Programları Yazılım Şirketi through the programme used during performing the financial and accounting transactions,
- to the bank through the collection transactions,
- to the customs broker in order to be able to carry out the foreign sales and clearance,
- to the shipping agent in order to carry out the transportation / shipment activities,
- to our suppliers, if it is desired to make discussions in relation with the business and/or product,
- to our attorney and judicial authorities, if any dispute arises, in connection with the purpose and limitedly, within the framework of the requirements in Article 8 of Law Nr. 6698.
Your Rights as the Personal Data Owner:
You may forward your requests under “Article 11 of LPPD, which regulates the rights of the concerned person”, to ALUMINANCE Alüminyum Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. using “Data Owner Application Form”, which you may obtain here, according to the Communique on the Principles and Procedures of Applying to the Data Supervisor.
